Family comes first, which was one of the main catalysts for change and the birth of Intrepid.
We’re all human and in a world that often lacks empathy, we pride ourselves on understanding what both stifles and motivates our clients, collaborators, customers, fans and guests.
It’s this understanding that allows us to gain the respect and trust of our clients, forging strong partnerships for the future.
Balance
We set out to be different, better and enjoy what we do. Part of that means we work where we want, when we aren’t with our clients or collaborators.
Balance is key, both mentally and physically, so our board meetings are a little different these days. They allow us time to focus and think clearly, with clients and collaborators, on water or wainwright.
Getting out and exploring new ideas and experiences to inspire our work is what is all about.
Community
Be it as a parent, sports fan or qualified coach, its great to be able to support local sports clubs, not just by coaching, but by providing professional, creative services to ensure their growth and long-term success.
